Bryan McDaniel is a licensed auctioneer, appraiser, and owner of ezDownsizing.com, LLC, an online auction estate sale company he founded in 2018. His passion for antiques, art, and collectibles began as a hobby in his teens, leading him from working at an auction house in the early 80’s to owning and operating several related businesses over the past 40 years. Bryan is a retired Marine Corps Master Sergeant, having served for 23 years on active duty from 1980 to 2023. He started his military career in the justice department as a legal clerk and eventually became the legal chief. After his first tour, he transitioned to Marine Air Command and Control Systems maintenance, focusing on installing, repairing, and maintaining Marine air communications systems. Bryan takes pride in training Marines on the dangers of drinking and driving, developing an entertaining and educational presentation that was requested by the Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps, General Williams, for delivery to units across the U.S. and overseas. After retiring in 2003, he joined Science Applications International Corporation as a program manager for their non-intrusive inspection equipment program, where he spent a year in Baghdad, Iraq in 2007 managing system maintenance and operator training. Upon returning to the States, he served as the Director of Installation for global deployments until resigning in 2010 to take on a role as an interoperability analyst with Marine Corps Systems Command in Quantico. In 2012, he chose self-employment, becoming the owner of McDaniel Auction Center and Smart Mover for Seniors (an estate sale company), alongside his current venture, ezDownsizing.com. Bryan also engages in community empowerment programs and contributes to the Eagle Advisory Council, where he shares leadership resources and insights drawn from his extensive experience.

Henry C. Eickelberg currently serves as Loudoun County Treasurer, and he previously held a position on the Virginia Treasury Board from 2024 to 2026, overseeing the Commonwealth’s bond issuances and investment portfolios. Beyond his local contributions, Henry has collaborated with leaders from both political parties, having worked under three U.S. Presidents. After retiring as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources and Shared Services at a Fortune 100 company, he was appointed by President Obama in 2016 to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) Advisory Committee. In 2019, he was appointed Chair of the Advisory Committee by President Trump. Henry also engages in community empowerment programs and contributes to the Eagle Advisory Council, providing valuable leadership resources. He and his wife, Kathy, have been married for 40 years and reside in the Leesburg area, where they cherish their time with four children and nine grandchildren.

Ken Turner is an entrepreneur, sales and marketing executive, and business owner with over 40 years of experience in various industries. Currently, he’s a top-producing Realtor in Northern Virginia with Berkshire Hathaway, where he has excelled for 23 years, amassing over 200 million in sales. He is a nine-time winner of the Presidents Award for top 5% performance and a ten-time winner of the Leading Edge Award for top 11%, along with being a three-time recipient of the Washingtonian Top Agent Award and a two-time winner of the Virginia Living Magazine and Northern Virginia Top Agent Award. Previously, Ken served as President and CEO of Paragram Information Technology Solutions and held various senior sales and marketing roles with leading information technology companies like Computer Associates and SunGard Data Systems. Active in his community, he has contributed to community empowerment programs and served as a youth athletics coach, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Loudoun County Public Library. Ken is also the founder of The Christ Followers, a Christian youth group based in Ashburn, Virginia, and engages with the Eagle Advisory Council to promote local leadership resources. A devout Christian, he has been married for 38 years, is the father of three, and a grandfather of two. Additionally, he is an avid Washington, DC sports fan and a dog lover.

Pamela Keegan is a retired United States Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, aviation executive, government affairs professional, business leader, educator, and veteran advocate whose career spans more than three decades of leadership in military operations, executive transportation, organizational oversight, government relations, and community service. Beginning her Air Force career in 1993, Pamela served honorably for 20 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant after a distinguished career supporting some of the nation’s most critical missions and senior leaders. She is best known for her 13 years assigned to the Presidential Airlift Group as a Presidential Flight Attendant, where she directly supported and interacted with Presidents, Vice Presidents, First Families, Cabinet officials, senior military leaders, congressional delegations, and foreign heads of state aboard Air Force One and other executive aircraft. Serving through the administrations of Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama, Pamela was entrusted with responsibilities requiring exceptional professionalism, discretion, adaptability, and judgment. As a member of the elite Air Force One crew, she operated in highly sensitive and high-profile environments where flawless execution and personal trust were essential to mission success. Her role provided a unique opportunity to work in close proximity to the nation’s highest elected officials and distinguished international leaders while representing the United States Air Force at the highest level. In addition to her executive airlift responsibilities, Pamela served in senior leadership assignments across aerospace operations, inspections, readiness, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness. As Inspector General Superintendent for the 89th Airlift Wing and Plans and Programs, she worked directly for the Wing Commander and led programs focused on compliance, readiness, inspections, evaluations, and continuous improvement. Her leadership helped ensure mission effectiveness across one of the Air Force’s most visible and strategically important organizations. Following her military service, Pamela continued her commitment to public service as Legislative Aide to Supervisor Tony Buffington of Loudoun County’s Blue Ridge District. In this role, she worked closely with residents, community organizations, county and state agencies, and elected officials to address constituent concerns, support local initiatives, and strengthen connections between government and the communities it serves. This experience enhanced her expertise in public policy, constituent advocacy, and local governance, while also positioning her to engage in community empowerment programs. Pamela later transitioned to the defense industry, serving in a senior aviation operations role with Northrop Grumman, where she supported complex government programs and leveraged decades of expertise in executive aviation, mission coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. Today, Pamela serves as General Manager and owner of Keegan Chiropractic Sports & Wellness Center, where she oversees the practice’s strategic operations, organizational management, staff development, and community engagement. Her leadership philosophy continues to reflect the values that defined her military career: service, integrity, accountability, and excellence. Pamela earned a Master of Aeronautics with honors from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management from the University of Phoenix. Her graduate work focused on aviation education, workforce development, STEM outreach, and creating opportunities for young people—particularly young women, underserved students, and students with learning differences—to explore careers in aviation and aerospace. An accomplished civic leader, Pamela currently serves as an elected Director on the Brambleton Community Association Board of Directors and has contributed her leadership skills to the Eagle Advisory Council, where she further advocates for community initiatives. She previously served more than a decade on the Brambleton Covenants Committee, including three years as Chair, helping shape policy, governance, and long-range community planning initiatives. Pamela is also a founding executive member of the Virginia Veterans Coalition and serves as Vice Commander of American Legion Post 2001 in Ashburn, Virginia. Through these leadership roles, she advocates for veterans, military families, workforce development, education, and community partnerships throughout the Commonwealth. As a disabled veteran, Pamela brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work on behalf of fellow veterans. She remains deeply committed to ensuring that those who have served our nation receive the support, opportunities, and recognition they deserve. Throughout her career, Pamela has demonstrated an uncommon ability to lead in complex environments, build meaningful partnerships, and serve with distinction. Whether supporting Presidents and world leaders, advising elected officials, leading organizational initiatives, mentoring future professionals, or advocating for veterans, she remains guided by a lifelong commitment to service and a belief that leadership is ultimately measured by the positive impact one has on others.

Captain Richard S. Ryan earned a BA in Economics from Franklin & Marshall in 1973 and an MS in Systems Management from USC in 1987. He was commissioned as a Navy Ensign in 1975 and designated as a Naval Flight Officer, flying the EA-6B Prowler with VAQ-136 from 1976 to 1979 on deployments aboard the carriers USS Independence and USS Saratoga. He then served as an instructor with the Replacement Air Group squadron VAQ-129 for the EA-6B from 1979 to 1981. After separating from the service in 1981, he joined GE Space Systems Division in Springfield, VA, where he began his Aerospace and Defense career as a contractor focused on classified space engineering and operations. In 1990, he joined TASC to advance his work in classified space activities. In 1997, TASC became a subsidiary of Northrop Grumman, and he continued his work until retirement in 2014, holding various management and senior Systems Engineer positions. As part of his commitment to community empowerment programs, he joined the Naval Reserve in 1981, taking on space and intelligence roles such as All-source Analyst (NOSIC) and Requirements Officer (CTF 168), as well as serving as the Pentagon Navy Department Duty Captain and SPAWAR support for classified programs. He was recalled to active duty for three months during Operation Desert Storm in 1991 as a Special Projects Officer. Later, he served as the Commanding Officer of Naval Space Command 0266 from 1994 to 1996 and at SPAWAR HQ 0466, providing support for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command from 1996 to 1998. He also held a position at SPAWAR HQ 0366, supporting the National Reconnaissance Office from 1999 to 2001, where he established a new Reserve Unit to enhance classified space activities. From 2001 until his retirement in 2005, he was the Deputy Director of the Naval Reserve Space and Network Warfare Program, representing several warfare disciplines and overseeing 800 Navy Reservists across multiple units. His contributions to leadership resources are recognized through numerous decorations, including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal (two awards), and Overseas Deployment Ribbon (two awards). With over 1,200 flight hours in the EA-6B and 230 carrier landings, his aviation accomplishments are notable. He has a daughter who currently resides in Zurich, Switzerland. Additionally, he is associated with the Leonard W. Kidd Memorial American Legion Post 2001 and its Charitable Foundation, which supports various community initiatives.

Scott Hetz Clark is an operatic baritone and jazz vocalist from Leesburg, Virginia. A graduate of James Madison University School of Music, he has captivated audiences worldwide with his versatile vocal talent, commanding showmanship, and dynamic performances in opera, operetta, art song, musical theater, and jazz. Praised as “a talent of the first order,” Scott has performed with many organizations, including Loudoun Lyric Opera, Teatro Nuovo, Opera Naples, and the Seagle Festival, blending classical artistry with contemporary flair. In addition to his performances, Scott is involved in community empowerment programs and collaborates with the Eagle Advisory Council, utilizing his skills and influence as part of leadership resources aimed at enriching the cultural landscape. He continues to entertain audiences in the Washington, D.C. area and beyond.

Simon Lobo is a retired IT Security Professional with a wealth of experience in the U.S. Government Defense and Energy sectors, holding top security clearances through roles at Northrop Grumman, Fannie Mae, and Riggs Bank in Washington, DC. He also provided IT security and corporate governance services for large corporations in the Middle East, including an oil company. Having traveled to over 60 countries, he is well-versed in geopolitics, history, and cultures. A person of faith, Simon has been an active Sir Knight in the Knights of Columbus since 2016 and engages with interfaith communities. After retiring in 2019, following a distinguished career, he devoted himself to extensive volunteer service across numerous community empowerment programs. Simon is also a participant in the Eagle Advisory Council, where he contributes to the development of leadership resources for future community leaders. Today, he channels his passion for social impact as a Producer with CWAC Movies, leading production efforts on films that raise awareness of important community issues, including the completed Dad’s Dream and the ongoing BLURR. He treasures family life with his wife of 42 years, their three children, and two grandchildren.

Venky Madireddi is a visionary technology leader with more than 35 years of hands-on experience turning complex challenges into high-impact, real-world solutions. In 1998, he founded Arvasoft LLC in San Francisco, transforming it into a trusted technology partner over nearly three decades in the San Francisco Bay Area—ground zero for the industry’s greatest transformations. From the dawn of personal computing through the rise of cloud, mobile, and AI, Venky has consistently been at the forefront, architecting innovative solutions that deliver measurable results. Today, he has relocated his operations to Virginia, where he drives cutting-edge innovation, champions digital accessibility (including expert website ADA compliance), and leads strategic initiatives that empower organizations to thrive in an increasingly digital world. Throughout his career, Venky has also been actively involved in community empowerment programs, enhancing how people access information, secure their data, and derive value from complex systems. He has driven the development of advanced search platforms, robust security solutions, and seamless data integration frameworks that power modern enterprises. His expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is underscored by a patented innovation that continues to influence the field. Beyond technology, Venky is deeply dedicated to community service and empowerment. He finds profound purpose in initiatives that uplift families, students, and diverse communities, and has served on the Eagle Advisory Council to further these aims.
