Soaring Eagle Alliance, LLC, (SEA) was born from a simple belief: Everyone deserves the chance to soar. Its founder, Aparna Madireddi (who also co-founded Arvasoft, LLC, in 1998), saw too many dreams grounded simply due to lack of access to information, opportunities, and resources. That’s why she made it her mission to connect people and businesses with the resources and support they need to attain greater successes.

SEA embodies the culmination of Aparna's 35+ years of dedicated public service - bridging government, law enforcement, non-profits, corporations, and diverse communities. By empowering individuals and organizations, she has been helping them enhance their brand identity and reach their fullest potential.
